Optional tours available in Bali: * BALI HAI CRUISE Today cruise aboard a luxury catamaran to Lembongan Island. Throughout the day participate in activities such as swimming, pool volleyball, glass-bottom and banana boat rides, snorkelling, an excursion to a local village, or simply relaxing. Students may enjoy a safari ride and feed the elephants. Personal insurance included. * BALI BIRD PARK Visitors have the opportunity to encounter rare and remarkable birds from every corner of the earth is lush tropical surroundings and natural enclosures. Rare Komodo Dragons also make their home here.

| DAY 1 | | AUSTRALIA - JAKARTA Depart Australia on your Garuda Indonesia flight to Jakarta. On arrival transfer to the Ibis Kemayoran (or similar) for overnight accommodation. |
| DAY 2 | | JAKARTA After breakfast enjoy a half day city tour visiting Monas, the National Monument built during the Sukarno era, the Museum Pusat, Pasar Ikan and the port area. In the afternoon a visit to Taman Mini has been organised. In this 100 hectare park the 27 provinces of Indonesia are featured. |
| DAY 3 | | JAKARTA - BANDUNG After breakfast depart Jakarta by coach for Bandung, visiting en route the Safari Park and the world famous Botanical Gardens at Bogor. Travel through the patchwork of tea plantations to Bandung. Overnight at the Istana Hotel or similar. |
| DAY 4 | | BANDUNG For today's excursion, drive through hilly terrain to the giant crater of Tangkuban Prahu, a volcano accessible to the rim by vehicle. Standing on its edge you can gaze far below where a mass of sulphur steams. Return to Bandung and proceed to the village of Padasuka to see the Parahyangan cultural performance, including Angklung music and Sundanese dancing. |
| DAY 5 | | BANDUNG - YOGYAKARTA Travel to Yogyakarta by coach (train travel optional). Your accommodation is at Indraloka Homestay or alternative hotel. |
| DAY 6 | | YOGYAKARTA This morning a half day city tour is taken featuring the Sultan's Palace, the Museum, Batik and silverworks and a Wayang puppet performance at the leatherworks. |
| DAY 7 | | YOGYAKARTA This morning visit the Cultural School. Here students undertake cultural activities of either dance or Gamelan. In the afternoon visit the Borobudur Temple Complex, built in the 8th century by the Cailendra Dynasty. The remainder of the day is for your own activities. |
| DAY 8 | | YOGYAKARTA This morning is your final visit to the Cultural school. In the afternoon visit Prambanan, the biggest and the most beautiful Hindu temple in Indonesia. |
| DAY 9 | | YOGYAKARTA - KUTA Transfer to the airport for a midday flight to Denpasar. On arrival you will be transferred to Kuta Beach Club (or similar) for overnight accommodation. In the evening, a performance of the Kecak dance has been arranged. |
| DAY 10 | | KUTA - KINTAMANI TOUR Today enjoy a full day tour, first visiting Batubulan to watch the exciting Barong dance performance, then proceed to the silversmiths at Celuk, the woodcarvers at Mas and on to Kintamani for lunch and spectacular views of the volcano. On the return journey visit the artists' colony at Ubud. Overnight at the Kuta Beach Club. |
| DAY 11 | | KUTA - AUSTRALIA Today's activities are at teachers' discretion (day-use hotel room) for your own sightseeing, swimming or shopping in the markets before an evening transfer to the airport for your return journey to Australia. |
